Penicillin Recipe

  • 1.5 oz Highland Whisky

  • 3/4 oz Islay Whisky

  • 3/4 oz fresh squeezed lemon juice

  • 3/4 oz honey & ginger syrup

  • Candied ginger or lemon peel for garnish, optional

Cameron George mixes the Penicillin

He rose quickly in the Seattle and national cocktail scene. He managed the bar program at Barrio, in Capitol Hill, and is the president of the Seattle chapter of the USBG. Cameron recently won the Northwest regional of the 2016/17 Bacardi Legacy competition.
