NATHAN GERDES has over 15 years of experience in the spirits world. He honed his craft at notable establishments including Kask, Hale Pele, and La Moule. In 2012, he won the title of Bombay Sapphire's “Most Imaginative Bartender” and has since gone on to lead training and education for brands including Barcardi and Sazerac. His passion for spirits and craft cocktails extends into the local community as well, where he works closely with area bartenders through the the Oregon Bartenders Guild to promote education and awareness of beer, wine, spirits and cocktails.
